If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. If you do not inform us in time, all activity during that period will be considered valid.

Transferring, renting, or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳1,000 and your total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must complete 25x wagering — meaning in the above example you must place ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets.

5.2 Other Promotions

1971 apps offers various promotional offers from time to time, including a weekly deposit festival (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering) and a special Friday reload (75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 25x wagering). Each promotion has its own terms and cannot be used together with other promotions at the same time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• To claim a bonus, you must deposit a minimum of ৳500 within the specified time period.
• Bonuses are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent claims are detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• A promotional offer applies only once per member, household, device, or IP address.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 1971 apps reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Disputes

1971 apps reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded. In the event of a technical issue, the platform's decision on the outcome of incomplete rounds or games is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

• Colluding with other members to place bets.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.
